It is essential to let your children deal with it effectively by helping them learn skills to resolve and manage conflicts. It will help them experience more fruitful and fulfilling relationships as well as experiences.
How well your children can resolve conflicting situations is largely dependent on their age, experiences, and stage of development. For example- a toddler won’t understand how to compromise or resolve a sibling fighting situation without support from an elder or how to deal with emotional situations. All of them need a little help in the kids fighting. Early instructions can help them start evaluating, thinking, and analyzing this process.
